Thanks Vanessa. They're light therapy glasses, AYO. Twenty minutes of blue-turquoise light in front of the eyes, the idea being it nudges the body clock and lifts alertness, which is why I had them on mid-afternoon rather than at night.

I posted about the AYO glasses recently and quite a few of you asked the same thing: where do I get them. I didn't have a link to give you, which was not much use to anybody, so here it is in my bio.
What I'm not going to do is tell you they work before I know that. They arrived on the 22nd and I'm wearing them properly rather than forming a view in an afternoon. Light therapy is not something you can judge in a week. When I have a verdict you'll get it, and if they don't earn their place I'll say that just as plainly.
